Best Value -- Great Management
I've stayed here for about 2 years and I have really enjoyed it. I've looked for other places and for what I was looking for there was no closer place to the city for the price. There are a lot of young adults and families that live here and the complex feels friendly and safe. The new management is very attentive and has made several updates. The amenities are nice although they have not been re-opened since COVID.

Great option that is close to campus and affordable
I moved into this apartment about 9 months ago and I have had a great experience. Some of my favorite points about living here are the accessibility of the property management team. They have apps where you can contact admin or maintenance about any issues and they are really responsive. The community is really diverse, family oriented, and I have never felt unsafe. Parking is available but not assigned so it can be difficult to get a spot next to your apartment but I have always been able to find a spot in the closest lot.
