Good for the price
These apartments have an income restriction. They recently renovated the kitchen and bathroom which was a much-needed improvement in my unit. However, there is a leak in the bathroom which seeps into the flooring and the maintenance has failed to resolve it. Maintenance takes forever to respond to reports and they sometimes will states they fixed the issue without coming to the apartment. The gate is no longer there so visitors will speed through the area and park in the middle of the road despite ample parking. Despite this I feel like the apartment is what we pay for and at the end of the day it is safe and spacious.
