Isn’t the best
Originally was fine but they’re doing extensive renovations which won’t be over any time soon and are very loud. The office is also extremely unprofessional - they’ve continuously turned my water off without notice in the last year and I have been yelled at when calling the office about it. It’s very noisy on the weekend because of the weekly loud parties by the pool. Quite frankly, it’s real expensive for what it is and the constant inconveniences are burdensome - if I could afford to leave I would have. The rents starting around 1,450 now and is even more for a renovated unit, which is a lot for a studio.
