Horrible !!
Don’t go there. I don’t advise anyone to rent one of their apartments. These are scammers who don’t make the security deposit and who don’t care about you. This is unacceptable because they are trying to get you. I am French and never in France have I had this type of problem. I am very disappointed and I would not let the incompetent staff do it, even if it means taking legal action if necessary! I know that as I am a young French girl, they want to rip me off but I wouldn’t give up !!
Designed for Students
The apartment complex is designed for students so each floor has its own theme. There’s a game floor, study floor, gym floor, conference floor and a rooftop patio with nice furniture. The roof top currently is not accessible, which is a bummer. There complex has an outdoor yard for barbecuing and suntanning. There’s free on street parking but it is first-come first-serve. Each individual in an apartment unit has his/her own lease that is independent of the other apartment mates. So rent and electricity is paid on an individual basis which is very neat.
