Legacy

You get what you pay for. This apartment is the cheapest option I know. The apartments are fully furnished and the building is across the street from a SEPTA regional rail station. A new property manager recently took over and has made great improvements to the property, without increasing rent prices all that much. My rent has gone up very little in the two years I've been here.
