Munger is great except that the bedrooms have no windows.

Great value. Good community. No complaints. You will get used to lack of windows.

Great location from Ross. Close to all the bars and common hangout locations. Munger offers great study rooms when Ross rooms have full reservations for the day. The massage chairs are great.
The fact that is no windows in the rooms did at first scare me. But with the type of class schedule, one has, its perfect if you want to take a nap or your schedule is opposite to that of daylight.

I really appreciate Munger for the convenience it brings in terms of cost and facilities. Being relatively new, the place also feels very pleasant and comfortable. They are also active in building community and connecting people. That said I think the biggest downside would be the lack of windows for most of the bedrooms. While it is definitely something that you can get used to, especially given the short daylight hours during winter, it’s not the most ideal.

Great place, new apartments, new appliances. Includes gym, all utilities, cable, internet. Very convenient and close to Ross. Drawbacks are: random roomates, 6-7 people in one apartment, windowless rooms.

Convenient and Great Amenities

Great infrastructure and best location on campus. However, living with people outside the MBA program and building rules prevent social events.

If only all the rooms had windows, this residence would have been a really attractive place to live.

Location is great, right by downtown Ann Arbor and very close to Ross. The graduate student community is great and the overall Munger building is wonderful with all the rooms and amenities. There are fun events that are going on in the building including board game nights and such. However, management is really not that great. On a day-to-day basis, you don't interact with them so it's not a problem. But sometimes things happen in the community and usually its because management has a power trip going on. For example, management wouldn't allow groups of students to reserve some of the open public spaces for get togethers. Or management questioned some of the hosted board game nights.

An extremely nice apartment with all utilities included and more amenities than you will use. Living with graduate students in other schools allows you to interact interesting and fun people of similar ages without having to feel like you are smothered by discussions of assignments, exams etc. of your school when you are at home. A fun escape for people that like having roommates. Private bedroom and bathroom when you need your own space.
