Fritz Lofts

This is a perfect place for a couple. The second bedroom is quite small but perfect for an office with a futon. It's a 6 minute walk to Ross, 25 minute walk to downtown. The biggest flaw of the apartment is there is very minimal natural light.

Modern and Spacious

I enjoyed living in my studio apartment. It was close to campus, the unit was clean and modern and there was plenty of space for storage. Heat was not included which would've been nice, but parking was free. Property management has been great and have responded promptly to any service requests. Overall, great experience living here for the past 2 years.

Fritz Lofts Review

This apartment is so close to Ross! It's 90 seconds by bike or 6 minutes at a slow walk. Being so close makes it easy to come home between classes and makes chilly evening walks to corporate presentations bearable. Fritz doesn't have a gym or storage but you can rent covered or uncovered parking spots just steps from your front door. The coin laundry is in one of the buildings so many people have to go outside to go there. But, these are really nice apartments, especially for the location and the touchy Ann Arbor rentals market. The interior has laminate floors, there's a private balcony or patio for every apartment, and the kitchen is stellar! The remodeled units have a granite and stainless steel kitchen with a dishwasher. If you like to cook, you'll love this place. Also, some basements are huge! We basically have a whole separate floor of climate controlled storage.

The Bunker

Great place to live as a couple. May be amongst all undergrads but it's a real quick walk to Ross. The apartment has a small courtyard but very minimal natural sunlight given the high walls. The 2nd bedroom is really small so it makes a better office which is fine. Basement is great for storage.
