Hoover Post - Not as bad as it could be...

Bare bones/almost no amenities; you get what you pay for. Good option if you're looking for an affordable place to live, but don't need the nicest accommodations and don't mind walking a fair ways to Ross/downtown. Management sometimes needs to be reminded to follow up on things. No material issues with neighbors (most are pretty quiet). A few issues with pests on the ground floor (was able to resolve by aggressively spraying). Overall, definitely not the Ritz, but an acceptable place to live for two years if you're trying to make living alone affordable.

Nice place to live

Great Management Company and good Value for square feet. About a 15-minute walk to both Ross School of Business and Downtown.
