Great place
Apartment building is slightly older. Newly renovated kitchen. Really good value for money. Large bedrooms. A/C only in main room (not in bedrooms) only factors for a couple weeks at beginning of year. Landlord is responsive and understanding. Washer/dryer is coin-op and shared by building. Close to the Yard and Hill St, but much cheaper. Close to Michigan Stadium. 10-15 minute walk to Ross.

Great for the value
I really like my apartment- it's cute and cozy and located in a great spot. It's nearby the stadium and about a 10-12 minute walk to campus. It's an old building with coin laundry in the basement, and doesn't have a ton of storage options, but it fulfills all my needs and I feel comfortable here.

Great for the price
The location is great, very close to campus and downtown alike. Our landlord is very responsive and takes care of things when we bring them up. That said, the apartment is relatively small, and walls are thin, so you can hear neighbors a lot. During school, this is fine, since you don't spend a lot of time in the apartment anyway. For the location and to avoid larger apartment complexes like the Yard, this is a great place to live.

Brown St
Good apartment. While it’s an older building with some random radiator noises, it has everything you need (A/C, dishwasher, laundry in building) and great location without the high price of 618 and more low key than the Yard.

Excellent for the price
Can't beat the location. Definitely recommend the split-level unit for extra sunlight. Management (Ali) is very responsive and quick to fix what you complain about

Apartment is spacious. Minor cosmetic issues and the building is older, but in very good condition still. Convenient access to Ross and Yard/618 at very affordable price.

Great location, decent price
The apartment buildings here are a great location (between the yard and the big house), and the price is reasonable. However, you'll have to pay extra for off-street parking and even then management will kick you out of the parking spot on game days. The walls are quite thin, but there's a good MBA community here. It's a mix of couples and singles who want to be near Ross/the yard but who don't want the noise/price.

Perfect location
The best part about living here is the location. You are 2 minutes to MBAs at 618 and the Yard, a 5 min drive to Woodbury, 15 min walk to Ross, and 10 min walk to downtown Ann Arbor. It's nice to live on a quiet street with mostly MBAs and other grad students. Lots of space!
