Berkshire

Relatively positive experience. Great location right by campus and secure building for decent price. Not as clean as I would like and some important maintenance issues upon arrival. Also limited laundry supply so need to plan accordingly. A few disappointments with management where they seem careless and not great at communicating. Probably will not be resigning but definitely not a bad experience. Very comfortable in my first Philly apartment.
