Cheap rent at a cost
We moved here because the price was a great deal. They offer student discounts and the utilities were included! The tour we went on seemed very nice. However, the application process was a nightmare. We have reoccurring bug problems that we continue to tell management about, and our "newly renovated apartment" is quite literally falling apart. The walls are cracking because the foundation is moving, they had to come staple down the floorboards because they were messed up!
Is it livable here? Yes. Is is intolerable? No.
If you're really in a crunch for money, it's alright . However, I wouldn't recommend St Johns Wood or even GSC to anyone. I will be moving when my lease is up.
Plus, being south of the river makes everything 15+ minutes away.

Alright
The apartment itself is great. Well designed, relatively affordable etc.
However the management and maitenence are awful. Slow to respond, inconsistent with responses, and dishonest.
