Horsepen Estates

Great place for a very reasonable price. Includes tons of amenities (movie theater, gym, coffee, clubhouse, pool, dog park, etc.). Great location near school and walking distance to grocery store and several restaurants. Does charge excessively for random fees though, but I would still recommend it.

Pretty Good, Convenient Location for School

The amenities are great but the price is high. Worth it to feel safe and close to UR. Management can be unresponsive to problems and repairs but are friendly and overall okay. Great gym for an apartment gym!

Awesome experience

My roommate and I have had a great experience here for the past 2 years. Management is responsive and the location is extremely close to school. The neighborhood feels safe and the property is well-kept. The utilities are not included, neither is even a trash fee so the base rent can be misleading. Another downside is that our particular unit must be switched from AC to Heat by maintenance, which can be annoying with the fluctuating temperatures. Otherwise, we have had a positive experience living here.

Quiet Living

These townhomes are so quiet. The walls are fire-proof so we rarely ever hear anything from neighbors. There is also a park in the complex that's really nice. These are definitely luxury townhomes.

The neighborhood is great! Most of the people you encounter are very friendly. Many people have dogs and children, which make the neighborhood a happy place.

Here and there, you may encounter some strange situations with people but nothing so concerning that you would make you not want to live there.

Great area. Not too close to the bars, but it is the best location to meet the needs of law students. It is the closest complex to the school.

The one risk is that the large glass windows and doors offer virtually no barrier to robbery and, with the blinds open, little privacy. The toilets are also excessively efficient, needing to be unclogged very often.

This neighborhood is really pretty and very nice. You have everything you need within a short drive. Almost equal distance between this area, Short Pump, and downtown.

Great, quiet family neighborhood within a five minute drive of Target and other restaurants. Could be closer to the Fan though
