Outdated, not very open, neighbors aren't the most respectful.

Terrible
This apartment is atrocious. The walls are paper thing. Allegedly they were "recently renovated," however the carpet is dingy, the kitchen cabinets are shoddy and falling apart. When a work order is put in the managers are apathetic. The neighbors are loud and disrespectful.
