The Arpeggio has been a pretty great place to live, it's close to the DART line and in Victory Park which is great for working professionals. Management is great and responds quickly to service requests. Rent varies depending on the view you have (pool or courtyard), but the amenities the building offers are fantastic. Great pool, gym, and dog run! Overall this is a great place to live.

The apartment itself is gorgeous, superior finishes to other apartments in the area. However, the location can be hectic due to the American Airlines Center traffic nightmare, at least twice a week. There is heavy turn-over of leasing staff which leads to incompetence and inability to obtain consistent answers. Security is lax but the location is inherently relatively safe. Overpriced due to "prime" location next to AAC and downtown. Generally quiet community, a lot of the amenities (brunches and wine nights) have been discontinued due to full occupancy, Arpeggio doesn't feel they need to wine and dine current residents anymore!

The Arpeggio is located right in Victory Park with convenient access to the DART station. Within walking distance to many major uptown/downtown employers, this makes the perfect location for young professionals wanting more urban living. The amenities are great and the management staff is all very helpful. Parking is sometimes an issue when the garage gets filled up, but one can usually find a spot on higher floors, and although a little inconvenient, it is at least safe. Depending on your price point, you can either have highway views or pool views, only downside is that as Victory Park is changing, there are constant construction noises.

I have really enjoyed my time at Arpeggio apartments. The amenities and staff are great, and the location has really improved my morning commute. My only complaints are that grocery shopping isn't closer, and event traffic is a real hassle in the evenings.

Managment has been timely will all requests, sometimes location is troublesome after an event at the AAC is getting out and traffic is a nightmare. All community facilities are well kept, the gym is sizable for an apartment gym and has fresh towels every day. Dog park is also large, and building location provides easy access to the DART.
