Great location off I-40!
I chose to live at Hawthorne Davis Park because my roommate is a grad student at UNC and this was a great middle point between UNC and Campbell. The complex is right off I-40, making it a pretty easy commute to Raleigh most days. When traffic is heavy, the commute is around 30-35 minutes, but with minimal traffic it is closer to 20-25 minutes. This complex offers great move-in incentives. For example, when my roommate and I signed our lease there was a 2 month free incentive and an amazon gift card. So far management and maintenance have been very responsive to any issues that have come up. The property itself feels very safe and the office hosts community events every few weeks so you can hang out with other residents. This complex is next to a few other apartments and there is a great walking trail around the area. If you have pets, this complex is very pet friendly and includes a dog park!
Overall I have been very happy with my experience here. I would have ideally liked to live a little closer to Campbell, but Morrisville/Durham is still a great location.

Wish I were closer!
My apartment is quite large for a one bedroom and is pretty cheap compared to other apartments. However, it is a bit of a hassle for me (someone who is always pushing being late!) to make the 25-30 minute drive each way to school every day. I wish I lived closer to Raleigh, but that is one of the things I sacrificed in order to get the cheapest rent I could find.
