Quiet, spacious, with good amenities
I love living at Oakcliff. My apartment is extremely quiet, and my neighbors are mostly young families. I am near great running/biking areas and can bike to the hospital in ~15 minutes. Parking is free/unlimited and some apartments have garages. I also have access to the pool and two gyms. Walking distance to grocery stores and I’m not in the middle of downtown so traffic is manageable.

New and Nice Apartments
I've enjoyed living here for the last 2.5 years. The apartments are new and very nice. I usually commute to the medical school with a short bus ride. It's only a few minutes away from Kroger and US-23.

Pretty Happy
Overall, we have been happy living here the past 2 years. The apartments are new and clean. Management is friendly. They are pet-friendly. We enjoy being able to walk our dog in the neighborhoods nearby (within walking distance).

Good for med students
Right on bus line downtown. Far from undergrad housing (quiet). Good value, very new. All units have a garage. friendly and helpful onsite management team. Property is kept very clean. Has a pool and fire pit and club house for hosting events. Pets allowed! Great for a couple or family. they also have a service that will pick up trash and recycling right every night from your front step, very convenient.

North Campus Reviews
Me and a friend and her dog visit neighborhood parks.
That dog met the caged bald eagle at Leslie Science Center.. and twang!
To the end of his leash! The eagle looked at him like he was the most delicious thing he's seen all Winter. We just trudged thru the snow to view the cages, (both eagle and dog are ok)
Cons: less social than I like in terms of proximity to Rossers. There is only one on my street that I know of.
