Great Location and Value

I love my apartment; it's a two minute walk from Giant Eagle and even less to the bus stop. A good amount of my friends from Pitt live around and we are a walking distance from some nice bars/restaurants. Spacious floor plan, just wish the place was a little newer (my apartment is one of the ones that isn't renovated, though other units in the building are).

As someone who does not own a car, accessibility was extremely important to me. I'm within a 7 minute walk of three bus lines that will get me to school in 20 minutes less, and just as close to bus lines that take me to CHP and St. Margaret's. I'm walking distance to several grocery stores and restaurants and just down the street from Walnut Street, which has coffee shops and some shopping.

Building borders on North Oakland and Shadyside. Nice neighborhoods just behind the building that have made for good running streets. Next to bus stops. Grocery store is not very walkable, but on a bus line and a short drive away by car.

I love Shadyside! The buses run quite often making it accessible to get anywhere I need to go, and there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores close.

Very safe and quiet! Access to all the major bus lines: 75, 71A, 71B, 71C, 71D which all come fairly frequently!
