Happy Resident

I've lived in this complex for almost a year now and I'm very happy with it. I've had very few problems, and management has been quick to respond and resolve them. The property is in good condition, the pool is really nice, and it's generally a pretty quiet and relaxed community.

Great place

I'm currently living here and I'm very pleased with Post. It's in a great area filled with restaurants, a Publix, dry cleaning, and more that you can simply walk to!! There's a great pool that is stylish and well kept with grills! If you ever have a pest problem they will send someone out on Thursday and handle it! Anything need repair? They get someone out by the next day. It's really a winning situation to live here. My problems with the place are: PARKING! There are no reserved space for residents and visitors. Since I work late, I have to park a whole bldg away from my apt and walk to my place. Sometimes I have to park 2bldgs away. Also, the people above me make a lot of walking and running noise that can be heard with the greatest of ease and clarity. That SUCKS! Beyond that this is a great place!!! I'd like to see more patrol but I also haven't heard of any dangerous occurrences either. They have a courtesy guard but I've never seen them.

Great Apartment for the Price and Location

My roommate and I loved living at Post Collier Hills.
Positives:
location - we love the westside!
cost - great price. we kind of lucked out with that - we got an unrenovated unit and were able to hold onto decent pricing for the 2 years we lived there as they upgraded everything around us. When we move out (due to my roommate purchasing her own home) I'm sure they will renovate our unit and the cost will increase.
It was quiet and chill in our complex, we kept to ourselves and that was fine with us.
The amenities are nice - pool, gym and parking
We always felt safe though I do recommend keeping valuables out of sight in your car and unit. We also had a security alarm.

Negatives:
That it was un-renovated and therefore older. But that was our tradeoff for cost and location.

Buckhead Reviews

The area is very upscale. New Buckhead Atlanta deveolopmwnt with great restaurants and high end shops. Lots of renovation happening in the already great area. Plenty of bars, restaurants and music venues within walking distance.
Love being so close to so many great restaurants, gyms, grocery stores, and general green space. Only thing I don't love about Peachtree Hills is how expensive it is for the most part.
Good area, with plenty of grocery store options. Walkable during the day.
The neighborhood is really quiet but yet kid friendly. The area is safe and is not far from grocery stores. I cannot point out any cons because there isn't any.
West Midtown is a busy, up-and-coming part of Atlanta with elaborate restaurants, attractions and bars. Not to mention the convenient location! Amazing!
The neighborhood is close to lots of things. I like living close to Marta, which is convenient to my work. The con to that is that I live right next to the train, which causes some noise. I like living near Lenox Mall and Phipps Mall (the movie theater there is great!). Living near Brookhaven is also great. I love being so close to great restaurants.
It is very quiet because it is far away from Peachtree and all the other big streets. There is a little park right next to the square where you can go outside and which makes it even more quieter. It is also safe thanks to the security and the gates.
This is a very central location, just next to Peachtree Street. Shopping like Publix and Fresh Market are not too far away, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and it is still very quiet down at Bryson Square.
