The Pointe at Lenox Park

Cool place to live. I enjoy the area. The kids enjoy the area. The school district is ok. I am also a commuter student downtown, so this place is convenient. There is free parking on site, which is excellent.

Forever 21

I love living in these apartments. They are so great as far as the having a roommate goes. Spacious and just gives the atmosphere of a young girl in her 20's that is a senior in college. There are a lot of college students living in my building so we are all respectable to each other and the management is awesome. PS. The pool is to die for :)

Getting around Brookhaven

Brookhaven Reviews

14 reviews
Lively but the population is a little older than somewhere closer to downtown. You get a lot of people in their mid-20s to mid-40s in the area. Very safe: you have both the Fulton county police, Atlanta police, and Brookhaven police in the area and there is even a courtesy officer that lives in MAA Glen and serves the community. The complex is gated as well with resident entry and guest entry and each apartment has smarthome entry rather than lock and key to prevent breakins. There is a lot of shopping in the area that is very accessible by car, but the nearest MARTA station is <10 minute walk as well.
The property is on Buford Highway in between North Druid Hills and Brookhaven so you have to drive to either - both are great neighborhoods. There is also a greenway for walking and running across the street from the complex. Commute to school is 10-20 min, depending on traffic.
Brookhaven is conveniently located from Downtown Atlanta. Downtown Brookhaven is absolutely the cutest, with unique dining and shopping experiences.
I work in Buckhead and these apartments are very close! Also there are a ton of young professionals that live in the complex. Not a lot of families.
Apx. 20 minute drive from school, many grocery stores including Costco, and lots of young families with pets in the area.

Although close to Buckhead and several nice bars/restaurants in Brookhaven, it is a bit farther from other neighborhoods where students like to socialize, like Virginia Highlands and Inman Park.
Neighborhood is safe and neighbors are great. See prior review for same.
There's plenty to do within a 5-10 minute drive. Nothing within walking distance. A bit of a pain to get to mid-town/innman park/o4w areas.
The location has a great park to walk around and is perfect distance away from Buckhead and Brookhaven. Rarely traffic. I love this area!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
