- Location can't be beat and there is a decent amount of space

Great Building - No Other Students
Great building and management, lovely neighbors but no other MBA students.

Condo building on Rittenhouse Square - Worth seeing if any apartments are renting
Condo building so we were lucky to find a rental. And as a result the rent is going to vary depending on what you negotiate with the owner. Most tenants are very old (ie: senior citizens) and the building certainly has a "mature" feel compared to a lot of the other high rise rental buildings in the area. Staff is incredibly helpful. No amenities, but our apartment has a W/D. And all utilities including cable are included in the rent.

Great building, except for throwing parties
Most units are owner occupied. Median age probably close to retirement, so not a great building for parties. Location can't be beat. Decent amount of space...probably 900 sf. Mail slot, they accept packages and there's a doorman. Not too many apartments come up for rent. We found ours on Craigslist.
