Domain College Park reviews and highlights
- the apartment building itself is very luxurious
- all the appliances are brand new
- everything requires a vehicle, even going to a nice grocery store
Ideal for Grad Students
The Domain at College Park is great for graduate students or for those who work at the university and want a convenient location to campus. The downsides are that the management is not always responsive and there is not a good grocery store within 10 minutes. Parking lot is covered and easily accessible.

Not a great choice in College Park
Unfortunately this apartment complex was not all that it was advertised to be. Even though I received free parking with my rent, it was always a convoluted process to get service requests, or to get questions answered about my rent. The location is great for students, but bad for young professionals looking for other amenities. The building itself is nice, but the pool table in the downstairs area and its noise take away from the whole concept of having a quiet business center in the same area.

College Park Luxury
While this location is not so great, the apartment building itself is very luxurious. It has a nice downstairs office area with a pool table, gym, and updated theater room for video games and watching TV. All of the appliances are brand new and management is somewhat responsive to repairs. The location is not great as it is around a bunch of students and almost no good retail options. A car is required to get around anywhere.

Domain College Park
This is a nice new building with several great amenities. First, the parking came free with signing the lease for two cars. However, the area itself is pretty bland unless you are going to school at UMD. It is far from the metro and everything requires a vehicle, even going to a nice grocery store. It is a little expensive for college students, and it is a nice experience overall for young professionals who work at the school.
