Good starting point - High prices with fluctuating amenities

Great area, and likely one of only two good apartment complexes in Shirlington. Great for pets, but the rent is on the higher end for Arlington. Also, they cut the ammenities on a whim. We used to have a shuttle to Pentagon City metro, so my door to door commute from school was only thirty minutes. The company cut off the shuttle with only a months notice. Now I use the shirlington bus station, which is great, but not as nice as a shuttle and the commute is longer.

Nice But Overpriced

I have lived in the same area for 9 years and over the past year it seems to be going downhill. Many of the businesses are closing and the community is not on a metro line. The high rent is just not justified. For that kind of money you could rent somewhere else with the same benefits and more.
