Avalon Reston Landing
The community is quiet, clean, safe and friendly. The apartments are incredibly spacious and there is always parking right outside the apartment. The community is walking distance to Reston Town Center with plenty of restaurants, shops, a movie theater, and other activities. There is a Trader Joe's right across the street!!! And a large grocery store is a 5 min drive or 15 min walk away. There is a community 'gym' which is very small with some outdated machines but perfectly suitable for cardio and other exercises. There are also walking trails nearby and a small pond in the middle of the community with a trail around it. It is also an $8 Uber to the Weihle-Reston metro stop which is the last stop outside of the city. This is super convenient if you need to travel into the city for clinical or even just to explore. Commuters can also park at the metro for $4.50.

Great appartments
It is a secure neighborhood , good amenities, is a short walk for reston town center, there is everything near and it have playgrounds for kids which is perfect for families, it is a secure place and really convenient for a small or big family, it has a beautiful pond and is a good place to walk and stay fit.
