Keep the location in mind
Great place overall-- has smart technology, gym access and a clean unit/complex. Maintenance is super responsive and the staff is courteous/professional. It is on the pricey side for the distance, you can probably find a closer place to GW for less or about the same price. Its close to metro (about 8 min walk) but the commute can be lengthy when you have late nights or have evening classes, thats the major downfall as the walk from metro can be a bit scary.
