Great for what I needed for as an OMS-1
Perfect for what it is: A great budget apartment close to our school. Nothing fancy, but cheap and everything I needed as an OMS-I. Its only a 6-7 minute drive to campus, its literally right next to a canal (I'm a runner so that made access to the canal trails super convenient). In a quieter part of town which is nice, close to anything you might need -groceries, gas, food... I was real happy here but my expectations were just for a budget, functional place to live and study for the first year in Mesa. I never had any issues living here.
I'd recommend this to anyone who's priorities would be saving money rather than having a super nice apartment.
