Unbelievable Price
Fairfax Apartments is amazing for the price. Decent location, laundry in the basement and really spacious apartments. It's an old building, but the apartments are relatively new. Kellee was awesome in touring the apartment, setting up the lease etc. The rest of the staff (people who work at the front desk) aren't always so helpful. But overall, it's really difficult to find apartments in a full service building for this price that are this spacious.

Affordable and convenient
The Fairfax apartment bulding is a 9 story building with a variety of studio, efficiency, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. It is close to Penn's campus and has a CVS and grocery store on the block. There is a parking lot behind the building with spots to lease (there may be a waiting list). The Penn safety patrol often come down to the corner where the building is located. It is a safe, affordable, convenient place to live.

Convenient walking distance from campus; grocery store/CVS less than a 5 min walk. Building is pet and family friendly. 30 min trip to Center City.

Fairfax apartments
Great building, super safe location. Convenient to campus and to hospitals. There is someone in the lobby 24/7 to help you with anything. Heat and hot water included.

Very helpful front desk
It's nice to have a 24-hour front desk. Building management fixes things quickly, but you may need to be persistent so they can get the job properly!
