It's very old apartment.one good thing is easy access to green line

Spacious but old one-bedroom apartment near train.
Pros:
• Large one bedroom. Could double as a 2 bedroom apartment (because there is a door between living room and entry hall & kitchen).
• Responsive management company
• Close to the train stop
• Big building, feels secure, building and surrounding area well lit.
• Excellent heat
• 5 minute walk from Cleveland Circle
• Beautiful approach to the building.
Cons
• Old unit (plaster flakes off, loud steam pipes, cabinets and bath fixtures worn, floors worn)
• On the first floor by the back door (less secure, more bugs, close to recycling bins)
• By Chiswick Stop on the B-Line, so about 25-40 minutes to school.
