Great apartment building right on the 57 bus line

This apartment building is great! The building amenities are to be envied, including a 24 hour concierge, gym, and rooftop pool. There is a Stop N Shop literally a block away. In addition, they allow dogs (yay!) and have a little dog park that is for tenant use only.

Allston Reviews

Has everything you could need within walking distance - restaurants, grocery, shopping, bars, etc. It's mainly students and very young. Feels very safe for the most part, you will often times see people out at night walking and even women running alone.
-good area to be around young, college students
-accessible to a major train and bus
-near Fenway park
-fun bars and good eating options
-good concert venues nearby

-loud at night
-winter months are tricky for commute
-trains are sometimes delayed
This location is very close to the T and feels somewhat safe. It can get loud on the weekends with a large population of students although its not bad
