Good place to consider

Ttorren is a good place to think about. It’s comparably new and clean. No bugs or mice at least on 5th floor. The kitchen is also well established.

Great apartment, bad management.

Apartment for Boston standards is actually reasonably priced. I can manage because my roomate pays a differential, would be tough but doable for two grad students. BREC however is badly managed, often condescending, bad at repairing things in a timely manner etc. Parking is not worth it. Great apartment if you can handle the management.
