Nice, but expensive apartment

It is a nice apartment but is too small and too expensive for what you get. I would recommend living somewhere cheaper closer to the fan in Richmond

Awesome, with a roommate

This place is quite pricey, but worth it if you have someone with whom to split rent. It's a luxurious apartment with great space and appearance. Good for one's ego

Love the neighborhood. It's only growing/expanding. Close to work for most people. Not noisy at all. Farm Fresh grocery store is nearby (a 20min walk, or short uber away).
