You Pay for Assigned Parking but You Have to Enforce It Yourself
I am a current resident at Arbor Gates at Buckhead. My car was towed from this property, and I was forced to pay two hundred twenty-eight dollars to get it back. I pay monthly for a reserved parking space. That night, another vehicle took my assigned space C4. I had no choice but to park elsewhere. Because of that, I was towed. The person who parked in my space was also towed. This is how the system works here.
There is no proactive enforcement. If someone parks in your assigned space, management does not intervene. You are expected to call the towing company and hope they arrive before you are penalized for adapting. That is what I experienced. The burden of protecting the space I pay for was entirely on me.
I contacted the leasing office and spoke directly with the property manager. I gave photo evidence showing my space was taken. I explained that I had no secure options left. He focused only on the fact that I parked in another space. His response suggested I should have parked in front of the leasing office. Those spots are outside the gated community and are often full. I reminded him that I pay for assigned parking inside a secured area. That is the entire point of paying more to live in a gated property. He told me he checked the security footage and saw open spots near the office during that time. That information does not change the reality that my assigned space was taken, and I was the only person who paid the price.
I recorded the call because I could already tell this would be dismissed. There has been no offer of reimbursement. There has been no acknowledgment that this system punishes residents even when they follow the lease terms. I have formally escalated this issue to National Apartment Management LLC. I am requesting a full reimbursement and policy correction. I will not drop this.
If you are considering moving here, know this. Assigned parking at this complex is only as secure as your ability to enforce it yourself. If someone parks in your space and you do not act fast enough, you could be towed from your community and left to pay for it alone.

Great Location
The apartment is in an excellent location next to 400. You have quick access to Marta, events downtown and also easy to get on the interstate and head north. The apartment is also nice and cozy and has a great gym to work out in. The only think I don't like is the parking situation. There is barely any visitor spots available and any spots they have are always taken with cars that never move.

They Don't Care
Management does the minimum to get by and nothing more. The gym is the best I've ever seen but the mold stains on the ceiling tile ruins it. Guest parking is incredibly limited, there are solutions to this but management doesn't care.

So-so
The management is a little unfriendly at times and during the summer the pool wasn't kept up. People do not pick up after their dogs. Maintenance crew is not the greatest and act like they know more about certain things instead of being helpful!!!!!!

I have lived at Arbor Gates Apartments for 2.5 years and i enjoy it. the gym is great. its never crowded so you can use whatever you need. i feel very safe in my home and i dont ever hear my neighbors. my favorite thing is my skyline view i love my balcony. the only downfall is the rent is expensive for the size.
