Great place for great price
The apartment complex is a great neighborhood. Very quiet, family-oriented place that is amazing for someone who wants a quaint place to live and study from. Maintenance is also included with the rent should any issues come up, though there can be a delay in fixing things as there are so many units.

Privacy, Nice Views, and Affordable Price
My apartment features vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, 2 walk-in closets, security system, all electric appliances, in-unit laundry, large balcony with outdoor storage closet, and a master bedroom with TONS of natural light. The exterior door is separated from all the neighbors, providing decent privacy.
The grounds have tons of trees, a dog park, on-site business center, pool, gym, and barbecue area.
The complex is right off Broad (across from the Sam's Club near Gaskins) and has fast access to the 64/Parham.
