Great Experience

The location is great. 2 minutes from 2 different grocery stores, lots of fast food locations near. Quiet area. Nice neighbors. Its not very close to downtown or the night life though if that is what someone is looking for. Management has been great to work with. Parking can be tough at times, if your coming home late at night, but if your home by 7pm, its usually pretty good. Very close to 64 which makes going downtown/to school nice. Its about 15-20 minute drive from school. And are a few different ways to go to avoid traffic if need be. Management will send notifications at times that neighborhood vehicles in other complexes around have had cars broken into and remind you to lock your doors, but I have never had an issue and to my knowledge no one in my apartment complex ever has.

Sundance station

Generally I like my apartment. I live on the bottom floor and occasionally neighbors can be noisy and parking sucks at night. I do like the location.
