Excellent Option!

I absolutely love living here! The staff are amazing and the location is perfect! I’m across from a Whole Foods and 2 blocks from a Giant. I’m 4 blocks to Union Station and the buses stop 2 blocks away that take you to Howard. I don’t have a car so the convenience of this location was important to me and worth the price.

Although no utilities are included, there is also no amenities fee which is nice. I can use Xfinity hotspots for internet through my parent’s Comcast subscription. There’s a small gym and I love the rooftop pool and views. The building is constantly putting on little events for us that include free food and drinks and workout classes.

I don’t drive and don’t feel I need a car at all, but parking is expensive at $225 a month. I would definitely negotiate for free parking when signing a lease as they do offer it as a bonus frequently.

H Street Corridor Reviews

H Street Corridor is a great option. It is close to downtown, and has a growing number of bars and restaurants. There are a few grocery stores nearby, with more to come. It can be noisy if near actual H Street, but plenty of quieter, residential areas just a few blocks away. It is fairly safe, but as in most areas, you should be aware of your surroundings.
It's a fast-growing, transitioning neighborhood with plenty of bars and restaurants. Will undoubtedly be one of the best neighborhoods in DC in 10 years.
It's a good area, closer to school than people realize.
The H Street Corridor has a lot to offer - restaurants, bars, botique gyms, grocery stores, etc. - however, at times the neighborhood doesn't feel as safe as other parts of the city.
Love the H Street Corridor. There is so much to do and many new restaurants and bars popping up. I do a bit dread the new found popularity and high rises popping up everywhere.
The apartment is on H Street in H Street Corridor. H Street is a historic DC neighborhood and has anything I would ever need within walking district. There are awesome restaurants and bars, and a nightlife scene for those who are into it.
Very social and I don’t feel unsafe
Close proximity to union station and groceries. Lots of restaurants and bars around. Yearly H St festival, felt safe around the area
