About Fenway/Kenmore
Home to the historic Fenway Park and the Boston Red Sox, Fenway is a great neighborhood for young people. In fact, the park was named after the neighborhood. It is also home to the arts, such as Berklee School of Arts. This community boasts plenty of eateries and bars surrounding the ballpark and ha...

Fenway/Kenmore Reviews

Location is great, living room is fairly large in the 4-bedroom/2-bathroom unit and rent is relatively cheap, but the poor condition of the building explains why. Management did not clean the apartment before we moved in, windows are old, blinds and ceiling fans have layers of thick dust, bedrooms are poorly insulated, and a bat emerged from a hole in my bedroom closet ceiling. Fine for anyone who doesn't desire spotless living conditions. Within a block or two of Whole Foods, Dunkin Donuts, multiple green line stations, and laundromat with drop off laundry service and dry cleaning options. Movie theater, Target, Star Market, and Chipotle not much farther away.
The Fenway area is a great place to live. You've got the green line (I know) right there that will take you pretty much anywhere. Lots of bars and restaurants and a grocery store as well. It's a good place for undergrads and I found it very enjoyable living there.
great neighborhood, walking distance to so much and so much access to green/orange lines. Fenway, kenmore, south end, back bay, beacon hill at your fingertips
West Fens is, in my opinion, the best place to live in Boston. Pros: short commute downtown, plenty of transit options, lots to do (bars, restaurants, etc)., near plenty of stores (grocery store, TARGET!, Marshall's, etc.), quiet streets, and right next to the Fens for when you want your nature fix. I don't have any cons, personally. It's my ideal location.
Extremely close to Berklee & Boston Conservatory. Lots of restaurants, walkable to grocery & pharmacy. Can be loud, & can be scary to walk alone at night due to dark park & history of assaults, as well as nightclub traffic from Machine.
