Last Resort
This company is obviously large and does not care about individual residents. It has taken me months to even get the basic utilities fixed in my unit. The neighborhood is very nice however.

Good space for the price in a relatively quiet neighborhood
The building has many graduate students and families, and it is actually a quiet building. It is also near some decent local restaurants. Overall, I think the location is very nice and you get a fair amount of space for the price. My complaints about the building is that it is quite old and can get very cold inside in the winter. Furthermore, the landlord isn't that responsive to maintenance issues that are not dire. If they are dire, such as a pipe burst, they come right away. If it isn't, it will take a while for them to repair the issue, if they ever do.

Spacious Apartment with Shuttle - Package Delivery and Maintenance May be Inconvenient
There is a lot of bedroom and common space. The two bathrooms are very convenient. It is difficult to get packages as a student that require signatures because there is no doorman. It is a risk to forego the signature on packages which is probably the main inconvenience. The maintenance people can also be ineffective. They don't have a system where they can give you an estimation of when your problem will be fixed despite that it is on a first come first serve basis. On the positive side Campus Apartments does have a shuttle that you can use to get to and from school. It is very dependable early in the morning as long as you call ahead of time and leave the proper amount of time for transportation.
