Very convenient for Ross students
I'm a grad student and I've lived in the same building for both years of business school. Its a 5-minute walk from Ross, which I love. Its good, but not great. Really convenient and overall Varsity has been a responsive property manager. The apartments are slightly small and there isn't a lot of storage space in the kitchen. However, closets are pretty big and some of the apartments have nice long balconies.

Small but sufficient
The apartment building is slightly old and the units are small. However, it is a 5 minutes walk from Ross (which is awesome!) and the rent is affordable. Overall I would say the apartment is sufficient but it is on the smaller side. There is a lot of closet space though. It has a lot of natural light and there is a balcony outside the living room and one room.

Reasonable price and close to Ross
Considering it's only 6-minute walk from Ross, the price is quite reasonable. The apartment is spacious and clean. Varsity responds quite quickly to any maintenance requests raised from us. I'm quite happy with this apartment.
