Overall very satisfied
The building is clean, the location is good and the apartments have new appliances and good floor plans. The only issue is that management is not always very responsive.

Pros and Cons
Pros:
- low price for the area and quality
- good amenities (gym, pool, sauna, jacuzzi)
- building events such as wine nights, pizza parties, etc
- apartment has lots of light, high ceilings, all modern appliances
- we have a building with a balcony which is lovely
- bathrooms spacious with lots of storage, built-in closets
- right in front of an Emory shuttle stop
- surrounded by plenty of supermarkets (Walmart, Aldi, Sprouts)
Cons:
- management is very incompetent. This was much worse during move-in, setting up the contract originally, and now that we need their assistance less, it's not as annoying. However, we had a lot of packages misplaced and it took them months to get our lease. The pool was also not working for about a month and they weren't very helpful.
- the hot water isn't great. There's enough for a shower but if you like baths like me you might run out at the end.

Pretty decent spot, somewhat un-responsive front office
Within the apartment itself, things have been great. It's a relatively new building and things are all pretty nice still. The few times we've needed any work done, the repair service has been very responsive. No bugs or other pests (that we've seen). Allows pets. Pretty solid gym. Across the street from a stop for the Emory bus system.
The front office staff tends to be less reliable, however. Some of the common amenities (the pool, the golfing simulator) have been out of order for long stretches of time (or remain out of order) and the staff haven't been able to inform us when they may be fixed. Other than that, living here has been a solid experience.

Great apartment
Point on Scott is very convenient to both the bus and grocery stores. The amenities are second to none and I absolutely love the business conference center to do late night studying.

Highly Recommend
Really great complex with friendly staff, I definitely recommend living here. Plenty of great amenities and community events. Maintenance staff are also very nice and timely. Overall, the building is well built and I have never heard my neighbors; my only critique would be that the ambulances coming/going to the nearby hospital can be loud, wish we had thicker windows. Besides that, very happy with my experience.

Right next to bus, management could be better, but no horror stories!
