Overpriced & the most boring area in UCity

The apartments, common areas, and parking are all nice. Living near Penn's campus is a benefit, but totally overshadowed by the lack of grocery stores, restaurants, shops, or anything that makes a neighborhood attractive.
The main point though—for the rent you pay, you could either 1) Pay the same to live in a nice center city high rise or 2) Move to W Philly, near-south st, or practically anywhere else in philly for HALF the rent. Not infeasible at all.
Save your money, save the headache.

Great views!

I just moved in a few weeks ago, it has been great so far! Alyce and Nicholas made things really easy for me and were great with my family. My mom is already talking about coming back to tan on the top floor patio. Really looking forward to meeting some new people, it seems they do a lot of events. If you want a skyline view in University City in a one bedroom, this is your place.

Great spot for young professionals in UCity

I've lived here for many years now and have had a great time. As a young professional, the quiet apt with great amenities has served me well. Management is incredibly responsive which is also fantastic. Great find for a great price for an apt in ucity!

Nice place to live

I enjoy living at Vue32. It is safe and very close to Drexel and Penn campuses as well as many transportation options. It is well maintained and the maintenance workers always respond very quickly. I appreciate having a washer/dryer in unit, gym, and rooftop I can access. However, It is a little on the expensive side though.

Nice place to live

It's really well-maintained with maintenance people coming quickly whenever you need them. The gym is really nice and convenient and I really enjoy having a washer and dryer in unit, even in the studios. It also has a nice roof that can be rented out for events. It's a little expensive, but nice for the amount of safety and proximity to campus and public transportation.

Vue32

I've been living here for 1.5 years and it has been pretty nice. The view from my window is quite nice and there is lots of natural lighting. The kitchen is nice and I like that it came with a table that I can do lots of cooking in. I've had a few maintenance issues, but they've been quite responsive about it.

Why you should live at Vue32!

I have really enjoyed living at VUE32 during my time as a Penn medical student. The proximity to campus, while also being close to center city, the art museum, west Philadelphia, and graduate hospital is a huge plus. Very close to the subway and 30th street station if I want to travel (and I rarely hear the trains which is a plus for living so close). I appreciate not having to walk across a bridge to get to school everyday. Besides the location, the apartment is super nice. It's called VUE (pronounced view) for a reason. The view of the city from my apartment is AMAZING! The amenities including a gym, a little study space, and an upstairs game room (which I often use as an additional study space) with outside patio (which I use as a study space in the winter) is also a plus. The building is very quiet with mostly grad students and some families (which is a big plus given that most of the other buildings around here are filled with partying undergrads.)

overall love this place

Pro: Very quiet neighborhood. The walls are thick enough such that neighbor sounds are never too loud; amenities and apt interiors are very nice and new; gym is never crowded; safe building

Con: far away from the fun things so i always have to walk 30 min to my freinds in center city; management can take a while to get back to you but never a problem if you just track them down in person; the studios here are all north-west facing so you don't get any sunlight during winter

Great place to live

My experience at Vue 32 has been positive mainly due to the management and the support they provide. They're always on sight taking care of business. It is a new building and maintenance is available 24/7 if needed. I like the new tide locker which provides dry cleaning services for residents.

Vue32 is a great choice

Great location and spacious modern units for a good price. It's not cheap, but you can't get any cheaper than this for a nice apartment complex in University City, and they had a two-months rent-free deal going when I started renting in August. Be on the lookout for these kinds of deals if you are willing to sign a 14 month or more lease. Maintenance does a good job responding to issues overall and they're a reliable management company. Safety was an important feature for me, and I feel very safe here. It's basically on Drexel's campus, and the building requires swipe access to the doors and elevators and has staff downstairs during business hours.
