Very Suitable Law Student Living Space
I really like this property. Management is very responsive to community issues, they have a security you can call after hours in case there is a problem (e.g. noise), and management makes good on repairs.

I love this neighborhood! You're right on Manor so there's lots of bars and restaurants nearby, but you're also around residential neighborhoods so it's easy to go on walks and look at all the pretty houses. :) I also love East Austin generally so it's nice to be on this side of I-35.
Great quiet neighborhood. Mostly homes with a few apartment complexes sprinkled in. Good for walking and really only one major road.
Great restaurants in walking distance. Heb and school are 10 min away
A lot of restaurants and coffee shops in the area. People frequently go for walks or jogs. Many people in the neighborhood have dogs. Very close to the law school.
Close to transit, close to bars/restaurants. Only downside is it's a little far from the grocery store
I haven't seen or heard of any problems. I don't see shady people wandering around. Day or night, it's pretty mellow. There's a convenience store, restaurant, and bar all within very close walking distance.
The food scene along Manor is GREAT. I live across the street from Bird Bird Biscuit and El Chilito is just down the street. There are also other places I haven't tried but I've heard wonderful things about
Great access to all things on the eastside!
