It's chinatown.

Never had any problems with neighbors, the staff is nice and knows you by name. They handle packages. Sometimes they screen people coming in to the building sometimes they dont.
Bad windows make it for a loud chinatown if you live on the street side and it's drafty but I like the cold.

There is a bike room!
