Review

Love this building and the apartment. Amenities are great. It's a non smoking building, but it seems difficult for the building to police that behavior which has been a frustration.

Great restaurants and best transit access in the city (walking distance to 13 different Subway lines). Neighborhood is relatively expensive for Brooklyn, but the prices in the neighborhood seem commensurate with the excellent transit access.
Best area ever. So so many adorable restaurants and bars - many top rated as the best in NYC. Super cute, safe, celebrities live there!
Close to all trains in downtown Brooklyn. Good mix of local shops and restaurants and bigger convenient stores. Easy jog to Brooklyn Bridge Promenade for good views/running. Centrally located between all the Brooklyn neighborhoods. Love it.
Pros:
Close to subways
Close to Manhattan
Grocery store right across the street from my apartment

Cons:
Construction
Not very close to a park
Best neighborhood in Brooklyn - tree-lined, gorgeous streets and a million bars and restaurants. Best of everything!
This is the best neighborhood! Smith street is full of great restaurants and bars and its close to Manhattan with lots of subways nearby.
I love this neighborhood! It's very convenient, great food, and it's growing
The neighborhood is awesome: there's a Brooklyn Fare across the street; it's near all the stores on Fulton Mall; there are lots of good bars and restaurants; it's within a 10-minute walk of almost every subway line in New York city, including an ACG stop that's literally in the building, and there's also a garage with discounted parking for tenants; and it's about a twenty-minute walk to both Prospect and Brooklyn Bridge Parks.
