Lots of restaurants/bars in the area, really close to Rice. Only takes me 10-15 minutes to bike to campus.
Hands down the most beautiful neighborhood in Houston! (Especially during the holidays)
Friendly neighborhood. Right next to Levy Park - good for dogs and a few restaurants. Very close (less than 5 min) to multiple grocery stores, restaurants.
Safe neighborhood with good food and shopping. More oriented towards families and older couples.

Very upscale and safe area. Lots of great food and nearby shopping for anything you need from H-E-B to the Apple Store. Also the Galleria is only 10 minutes away. Levy Park is right next to the complex and is great for dogs and kids.
We live above a nightclub/bar that is very loud. People often screaming in the streets. It was not open when we moved in.
The neighborhood is very safe!! I love living here, I doubt I move. There is also a lot to do around this area! Bars, grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, close to malls, and very close to school!
