I have lived here for 2 years and it’s quiet, and maintenance always comes within 24hrs to fix any issues. Great place!

There have been problems with hot water but it usually gets fixed within a day, minor problems only take a few problems to get fixed. Have been responsive when we have problems. It is gated so it is secure.

It is a nice apartment complex on Philadelphia University's campus. It would be a great place for students to live. The gym is okay... very small. There is also parking. They just renovated it so all the appliances are nice. There is no central AC which is annoying.

Great place to live... not very convenient to things. Have not had any problems with the unit so far. Management is nice and attentive. Fix things/problems in a timely manner. Would be great for a college student or someone with pets. There is a dog park on the property.
