A 20 minute drive to the sewell campus, 25 minutes to stratford campus, and 15 minute drive/patco ride into Philadelphia

Collingswood Apts Near Cooper River
A great spot, I primarily wanted to live here for the location. Being able to enjoy walking right out of my apartment to explore the neighborhood and get fresh air was important to me. I also have family in town. There's maybe a 20-30 minute commute for me that is definitely worth it and the rent is higher than some closer options too-but again worth it for the QOL! There is somewhat lacking storage space I would say but that's not too surprising for a 1 bedroom. Other apartments in the complex exist with balconies/patios, more bedrooms, and different levels of finishings all affecting the rent of course. They are also pet friendly though there is pet rent $50 per pet w/ 2 pet max I believe. The leasing agent ladies are 10/10 very helpful and relaxed.
