Management issues

The space is spectacular, and while it’s a little far from downtown, the distance is well worth the area that the apartment is located in. However, the management of this complex is absolutely horrendous. Maintenance requests are never addressed, our ceiling was leaking for 6 months before they did anything to fix it. They even overcharged us for rent, claiming that they made an error when entering the number for our rent which they could not fix. They told us to just go ahead and pay the rent that they asked for and that that would reimburse us as soon as possible. It has now been 6 months and they still will have not reimbursed us the $300 that they owe us. I would not recommend this apartment complex unless it comes under new management.
