Good for your money

It's not pretty to look at, but the inside is newly renovated. (Not the world's best reno job, but for $1200 it's fine.) Huge, huge bedrooms. Generally feels safe. Management is pretty responsive. GREAT location!

OK place

I have been here for almost 2 years and I had some issues with the management. However, recently they have renovated most of the units and the management shows more respect to the residents. Overall, I am happy with the place and the location.
No regret!

Could use some renovations

The big problem is our apartment complex is so old, there are insects everywhere. laundry room is so dirty and we can not use laundry room, most of the washers are broken and out of order, you need to talk to management several time for maintenance, they do not care at all to complains! They are kind of unpleasant to residents.

Quiet little neighborhood in the middle of Midtown

We've been in 500 Northside for 6 months now, and I was nervous at first about living adjacent to 75, but, no lie, you totally forget. You never hear the traffic. Giant bedrooms, faux wood floors that don't look cheap, and the new renovations sealed the deal for us. We moved into a newly renovated apartment with brand new appliances that look and work great. The two bedroom has a ton of space, but I'll admit I'm jealous of the one bedroom's MASSIVE kitchen and counter top. The outside of the buildings are a bit run-down, but they're currently updating that part, as well, from what I can tell. The wood floors mean my cats can't tear up the carpet when I lock them out of the bedroom. The dining area is a tad small for our table, but to be fair we have an unusually shaped table (it's a large triangle, bar-height table with bar-height benches). There's also a cute built-in bookshelf in the living room that we've filled up with board games. With great proximity to Atlantic Station and the highway and Midtown, I honestly couldn't have been happier with any other complex in this price range. I can already tell we'll be living here for a while.
