Close to school but management is bad. Will not recommend.

Quiet Complex with Responsive Management
Pros: The complex is older but well maintained; maintenance is very responsive. The area is quiet and many of the apartments have beautiful forested views. It's very pet friendly and there is a park nearby to walk your pup. There is typically plenty of parking.
Cons: Because it's forested, many of the apartments don't get a ton of sun. Because it's in a quiet area it's not really close to anything. You can walk to school in about 25 minutes, and there are some nearby transit options (Marta and Cliff Shuttle) that come around every 30 minutes, so if you are planning on leaving the car home it's doable, just plan ahead.

This apartment is in a quiet neighborhood about a 30 minute walk to the business school. It's also close to the B-Route Briarcliff stop.
