Old but convenient location
Older apartment but functional. Washer/dryer and dishwasher. Needs paint job

Hidden gem!!
A friend of mine told me about Harwood because she lived there as an undergrad - I rent from an older couple whose son lived there when he was a med student at Emory. It's very nice and the closest walking off-campus place to the SOM (I would imagine). I was thinking of living at Point, but that's both further away and very expensive. Would recommend reaching out to someone who is renting out their condo!

Perfect Place to Walk to GBS
The Harwood Condos are perfectly located to walk to GBS in 12-15 minutes - save yourself the cost of parking at school. The condo is spacious and drenched with sunlight. All are rented directly through owners so it may take a bit more effort to find one, but it's worth it!
