Overpriced for the quality and location
I would advise against choosing these apartments for various reasons. They are directly next to the new Falcons stadium so when there are Georgia Dome events, the traffic becomes very congested and there is always trash on the ground. The neighborhood feels relatively safe but gunshots are often heard not too far away and there have been some domestic disputes outside since I have lived here as well as one individual brandishing an assault rifle. The complex is under new management who is trying to clean the place up but they are also raising the rent and imposing many restrictions on the tenants.
